Solved - Missing UI at startup, re: Dreamweaver CC 2019 build 11193

Windows 7 PC

The Problem

Recently updated to Dreamweaver CC 2019 but at startup the entire screen was missing the familiar menus and buttons. The only items that rendered on the screen were the active Window icons to close, minimize or expand the window.

Tried restarting PC, uninstalling and reinstalling Dreamweaver. Checked graphic card drivers. Also ran Adobe's CC cleaner. But this failed to correct the problem.

Work-Around

By luck, I tried resizing the window to half screen and the entire Dreamweaver UI suddenly reappeared. Going back then to full-screen, everything rendered correctly. When closing out all the files and shutting down Dreamweaver and then restarting, the problem reappears. However if files are left open and Dreamweaver is shut down and restarted, Dreamweaver reopens the recently used document(s) and the UI renders correctly.

Solution

The solution to fix the missing, non-rendering UI in Dreamweaver 2019 was to reset the Standard workspace.
