split code left and right in DW 2017

when I want to split code and design, they appear one above the other; I want them left and right but can't find anywhere to make that happen... help!

View > Split > uncheck Design View on Left

The setting is under View > Split > Split Vertically

You can customize your Workspace however you like.

I like to use the  Code Inspector so I have put it into my Files Panel grouping on the left side of my screen.   Code Inspector on the left,  Design/Live on right.
