I was making my website for hours and then all of a sudden after I saved it and went into web view it went into some sort of strange format/view and it's gone down the left side of my screen and looks nothing like what I've been making it's all spaced weird and smaller

Very impressive. I hope that the phenomenon is not infectious. 😂
Seriously though, there is very little advice that we can give you if you do not supply us with relevant information. The answers are to be found in the HTML and CSS.

Sounds to me like you may have forgotten to upload your external .css file and you're seeing the rendering of unformatted html.
A link to your site would tell us for sure.

Only you can see that local link. It's created by DW using Adobe's servers and is only viewable on your local network.
Your problem is likely being caused by not first creating a Site Definition in DW before using Adobe's servers (Real Time Preview) to view your page.
Define a site and your issues should go away once DW understands where all of your site's assets are.

In your first screenshot, you have no site selected in your Files panel. That makes a huge difference as to how DW features work. You must have a defined site for each new site you create. I even create a site definition when doing html emails, just so DW doesn't get confused.
If you do have a site defined, and selected in the Files panel, and it's still giving you the unformatted Live View and Real Time Preview, something else is wrong. You would need to upload to a test location on your server and provide a link for us to be able to see what might be happening.

Upload your work to a real public server that you control. e.g. your-website . com
If you don't have web hosting yet, get some. You'll need it to debug your site online before it goes live.
