Submit button opens a download message box/wont launch an email

Im not a web designer, and have used "you tube" instruction to create an e-mail form, add validations and write the PHP code to launch the e-mail. I have uploaded to my site. and all looks good until I hit "submit".  A Dowload message box comes up to 'save or open'.  I have checked my code against the instructions, but have no clue what to do now.  Can anyone help?  site is www.lovingthunder.com, link to Join our Mailing list on the right.  I am working with CS3 on a Windows 7 computer.

Talk to your host.

Your website is on a Windows server, so probably PHP is not installed.

Have them install PHP, and configure the server, so it can handle PHP files properly.

Thanks for your reply, I believe you are correct. My hosting co does not support PHP. So I have changed hosting companies and we will see if it works once it is completely moved over.
