No.
All version except for the current one will never be updated.

No. There is no support for DW8. It's legacy software & the last product made by Macromedia before Adobe acquired it in 2007. Which operating system do you have?

Thank you Nancy. I need something official to report to my management. Then I can start the process of upgrading or replacing the Dreamweaver. Can I use your reply as an official response? Thank you.

It's official. Adobe stopped selling Creative Suite in January this year. The only way to get Dreamweaver now is by joining the Creative Cloud Plan which gives you free support & product upgrades for as long as you remain a member. The current version is CC 2017.

Here's Adobe's official page on supported versions...
Adobe - Support Plans : Policies : Supported Product Versions
Dreamweaver isn't listed individually, being part of the Creative Suite after Adobe bought Macromedia. Creative Suite 6, which is many versions newer than yours, had support officially end 6/1/2014.
Support for DW8 would have ended some time in 2007 when DW9 came out in CS3.
