Template updated but Not the Web Pages

I have make a change in the template for 5 web pages. However, only 3 of the web pages got updated. The other 2 pages remain the same. This has never happen before. Please let me know what is the issue?

Did you populate template changes to all 5 child pages?

Did you upload all 5 pages to your remote server?

Can you post a link to your online template (.DWT file) and a child page spawned from that template?

Be sure to save changes to any open files that are attached to the template before you apply template updates; I've gotten in the habit of only working with a template with no other site files open, just to be sure that no files get skipped.
