If the old template and the new template have the identical
configuration
and names of editable regions, then just open each page and
apply the new
template to it.
If they do NOT have the identical configuration of editable
regions, then
you would need to spawn a new page from the new template,
copy and paste
from the old page, and then overwrite the old page with the
new one.
