I am on a Windows 11 machine and have Dreamweaver v21.3 build 15592 installed. When Dreamweaver is full screen and I close it, the next time that I open Dreamweaver, it will open in full screen mode. Conversely, when I close Dreamweaver while in minimized mode, it will reopen in minimized mode.
It has always been that way and it is my belief that this is the way it should work.
I think there is a misunderstanding. when I said :
"On Win 10, in desktop PC mode when you minimize the main window, it reopens in full screen" automatically in the next second you close it, that is the bug.
If it's only DW that isn't minimizing/maximizing correctly, you could try to Restore Preferences that catches a lot of unusual behaviors in the program.
I can say it's fairly unlikely to be an actual bug. It's more likely to be a corrupt Preferences file because I don't have the same behavior on my similar system, nor have I heard about it from other users in the forum. Actual capital B-Bugs tend to hit the forum repeatedly once found.
As a side note, Adobe is no longer doing any bug fixes or adding new features to DW. They've put the program in a minimum maintenance mode where only OS compatibility patches, security updates and third-party library updates will be done going forward.
No further info has been given by Adobe on DW's fate.
