Translators not loaded AdobeDw CS5.5?

My iMac froze after restarting Dreamweaver CS5.5 would open but not run.  It generated errors such as

The following translators were not loaded due to errors: Server Model SSI.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.

and

Dw

While executing onLoad in CSHelp.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 5 of file “Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver

CS5.5:ConfigurationShared:MM:Scrips:CMN:displayHelp.js”:

dwscripts is not defined
