Trouble opening dreamweaver app

Went to use Dreamweaver 20.2 today using Mac OS 10.15.7 and got this message. Any thoughts?

Typically, clearing the cache or creating a new user configuration folder will fix it.

There is a new October release version (21.0).  You might want to upgrade.
