two finger scroll does not work in dreamweaver 8 on acer laptop aspire E15

i have a problem two finger scrolling in dreamweaver 8. and it only not working on dreamweaver. every other place scrolling is working fine..

Actually I am surprised that Dreamweaver 8 actually runs on this laptop.

Dreamweaver 8 was released well before touch actions where implemented in operating systems, so it was not and could not be supported by the program.

Microsoft did try to map touch actions via the OS, but in many programs this does not work. Dreamweaver 8 is now so old that it will never be updated to support touch actions.

If you want to use the latest & greatest technologies (hardware and operating systems), you need to step up to newer software.   Legacy DW8 was made by Macromedia in 2005.  Face it, 12 year old software is not state-of-the -art by a long shot.
