Two sites on same box; can't make DSN connection to site 2

We have two sites hosted on the same box with separate IP addresses. I successfully created a DSN connection to a database for site 1 and implemented an online store. Went to site 2 (in Dreamweaver) to do the same, but can't make the DSN connection to the new database on site 2. If I go back to site 1 in Dreamweaver, I can make the connection to database 2 no problem.

Am I missing something? Anybody ever run into this that might be able to help?

Did you make sure to update all the fields in the Site Definition?
