Unable to drag and drop bindings into codeview

Greetings,

I'm going through some PHP training videos and in the video they are able to drag and drop bindings that they are creating into codeview. If I'm lucky I'm able to get the binding inserted, but never by dragging and dropping. I think that the video's were done using CS5.5 and I'm using CS6. I can copy into Design view by dragging and dropping without any issues. I'm curious if this functionality has been deprecated in CS6 or if there is something special that I need to do to make this work.

As an example of something that I'm trying, I have a simple php if statement testing to see if a variable is set (isset()). I've created a form variable through my bindings window, but I'm unable to insert that reference from the bind window in via code view.

Its not deprecated in CS6, i am creating a form variable and able to drag and drop it.

When you create a form variable, then there should be a hirerachy on level 1 there should be FORM and level 2 will be formvariable.

You can drag and drop either of them.
