Unable to install extensions in DW8

Hi,

I am new to dreamweaver having used frontpage and am having a problem with extensions, once downloaded I go into Help to install them via the extension manager, however it is not active, i.e it is light gray and non responsive to being clicked.

What do I need to do?

Open up Extension Manager directly. ON Windows it'll likely be under Start -> All Programs -> Macromedia -> Extension Manager. Under Mac I'd guess it would be somewhere under Applications on your hard drive.

If you can't find that, then you could search your hard drive where you installed Dreamweaver for Extension Manager. It's possible that you may need to re-install Extension Manager:
