Unable to open script file SpryAccordianDesignTime.js

I had to reinstall DW and every time I open a file or navigate the panels or open DW I get this error.

I have downloaded the new updater and spry release and installed them but it still is giving me the error
I went to the folder path but there is only EditngUtls.js
WidgetBase.js and WidgetManager.js

The following translators were not loaded due to error:
The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
Unable to open script file "C:Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\Configuration\Shared\Spry\Widgets\Accordion\DesignTime\SpryAccordionDesignTime.js(error2).

So I found the file with in another folder and I pasted into this folder and the error went away but only got another:

The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
SpryWidget.htm:has configuration information that is invalid.

???

I think I am needing some help on this.

Sounds like something in the reinstall didn't go through properly. What I would do is to remove the user configuration folder, restart Dreamweaver, close it again and then install the Spry updater. See item 12 on this page:

But you may want to try #4 first as #12 would remove all of your installed extensions.
