I cannot get the trial version of Dreamweaver to open.  I have no problem downloading Creative Cloud, or downloading Dreamweaver.  However, when I try to open Dreamweaver, immediately upon opening I get a message that states "Adobe 2017 has encountered an error and will shut down".

I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times, I've shut off the firewall, I've tried renaming files.  I do not see where there is a Wincache.dat file to delete.

I have to have Dreamweaver for school.  Any help will be great appreciated.

Have you tried to restart the system?

What does your Windows Event Viewer say is the faulting module?

LavaSoft (Ad-Aware) plugin is a known conflict with Adobe products. Uninstalling LavaSoft and it's related DLL files fixes that problem.

If your system does not have LavaSoft, it's quite possible you have a corrupted or missing DLL file, often a graphics driver that needs to be updated.
