User Rating System?

I’m looking for some type of extension or ‘Dreamweaver Friendly’ product that will easily allow me to add user review and rating capabilities to my site in PHP. I am also willing to learn how to program if anyone has a link to an online tutorial.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you want the user to insert a review and rating into a database then might I suggest the insert record server behavior found in DW.
