using dreamweaver CS^ on updated Sonoma OS

I am running my mac on OS 10.14.6    if I upgrade to the new Sonoma OS, will dreamweaver Cs6 work? How about Adobe photoshop elements 10  ?  if these won't work on the new OS what options will I have

Nope.  CS6 is unfit for use on any modern Apple OS since Catalina because it's not 32-bit. 

You would need to keep your old equipment as is and never upgrade so you can keep using legacy software.

 

If you upgrade your OS, you'll need to budget for all new compatible software.  Those are your only options.

Even if you update to the latest version of DW with Sonoma, you will unfortunately be facing issues. At the moment there is an annoying bug that will crash DW if you right click in code view making many workflows near impossible if not extremely inconvenient. If you do have to upgrade, I would recommend looking for an alternative solution until this bug is resolved.
