Versão Dreamveraver que posso criar página em PHP com versão 8

Por favor, no Adobe Creative Cloud - Adobe Dreamweaver 2021, constam em "Configurações Avançadas" duas opções para marca para criar páginas em PHP aS versões 5.6 e 7.1.  Ocorre que no Wampserver64 só posso  indicar uma das seguintes versões:

7.4.33;

8.0.30;

8.1.28;

8.2.18;

8.3.6

No servidor da empresa de hospedagem indicam as versões do PHP:

7.4.3  (Desatualizada);

8.0.30 (Desatualizada);

8.1.30;

8.2.25;

8.3.13.

Como pode ser observado meu Dreamweaver (permite versões do PHP 5.6 e 7.1) dessa forma não posso criar as minhas páginas em PHP.

Esse entedimento está correto? Com o meu plano tem condições de instalar uma versão do Driamweaver que contemple indicar versão para o PHP com verão 8?

Don't use Dreamweaver for PHP.  Dreamweaver is in minimal maintenance status.  There are no plans for future development. 

Get a PHP IDE/Editor that's in active development to use alongside Dreamweaver.

To add to @Nancy OShea 's reply, I would use Wappler for your development. There are a few reasons why I say this.

I thank you very much for your kindness, but choosing to use Wappler, according to your words, I believe I would be very happy. It turns out that the value is also very expensive. I am retired and I cannot afford to pay. I don't sell anything I do. I really like to study and put it into practice. That's all. The lowest value of Wappler is 29 euros, even more expensive than the dollar offered in Adobe Dreamweaver.

I would like to continue doing my exercises in HTML, PHP. Everything we start in life we must finish, but it is not always like that.

I will gladly accept your suggestion. I will search on a safe site and arrange for the download of Visual Studio Code is FREE and restart the work. All this while continuing to pay attention to my Family, especially now that my wife took a fall at home and broke her femur (hip) and has been recovering from the surgery (prosthesis). I stay at the computer right next to her.
