Visible user comments

Hi,  We need to allow visitors to post visible comments on a site page, which we can adjudicate.

Is there a way of doing so without PHP blog type coding?

Maybe with 3rd party APIs or widgets.  

Can you be more specific about what you want?  There are star ratings, number ratings, emojis, etc...

Review forms tend to become magnets for spammers, scammers, hackers and malcontents which can be really bad for business and your server.  So be careful.
