Vista IIS 7 only serves blank pages

Hi

I just upgraded from XP Pro using iis 5.1 to Vista using iis 7.0. Now all my
trusty asp sites will not serve properly - no error messages, just blank
white pages. Same with simple html pages.

I did install asp into my iis and have enabled the World Wide Web Publishing
Services in the Services console.

I have also found that I cannot view the iisstart.asp page and when I put a
simple html file test.htm in the localhost root, this also doesn't display.

I'm sure the solution is simple, I just can't figure it from the horribly
complex iis 7 management console.

Any pointers would be very gratefully received, before I'm complelled to
throw Vista away and restore an old image of my previous xp set up.

Thanks in advance

Control Panel > Program and Features > Turn Windows features on and off > Internet information Services > World Wide Web Services >
Application Development Features and make sure ASP is checked there.

Hi Ken

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately it was already checked there and ASP is installed. However I can't even get a test html file in the server root to run, let alone asp.

Wierd!

Thanks again
