That open letter is full of excellent suggestions. Although I
don't
agree that Dreamweaver is just becoming a newer version of
GoLive, I,
too, would have liked to see more done on the server side in
this
version. The way to influence the direction of CS4 is to
submit feature
requests through the Adobe website:

Now that CS3 is out of the door, the development team will be
drawing up
its initial plans for the next release. Now is the time to
tell the team
what you would like to see in CS4.
