Web photo album 2.0 for DeamWeaver 4

I'm trying to find the Web Photo Album 2.0 extension for DreamWeaver 4(not MX or later versions).
Sure its old, but it works.
I cannot seem to find it in the extensions area
Can someone direct me to a download location or email it to me?
Mac or PC is fine

You didn't ask for this but after you use it you will never want to use
