Either hire a web developer or use one of the hosted solutions like Shopify which will require less technical knowledge... Depends what your budget is and how much you can afford to commit to on a monthly basis. Shopwired is another solution which I think is cheaper than Shopify.

prestashop is also a reat tool... and can be completed by many plugin... (be aware that Prest shop is free, Most of template and Plug in are free too, but a lot of plug are premium)
