Welcome window on opening Dreamweaver - I dont want it!

When I start Dreamweaver I do not want or need the welcome window when I open the program (Dreamweaver 7851 build).  It is slow and useless.

How do I prevent it from opening/ turn it off when I start Dreamweaver please?  I cannot find the toggle switch!

Many thanks - it worked!!  FYI in Build 7851 Preferences is hidden under EDIT.

This has made for much faster opening of the program.  Thank you ACP.  Case closed!
