Where does Google pull the data when it includes you site is in results?

The short answer: Google pulls your site's information from quality content

The keywords meta tag has not been used by any search engine worth using for over a decade. There is no reason to include it, it will never affect your search results in the search engines people actually use.

Google will use the title tag and either the description meta or actual html text content for the search result snippet.
