Where have you hidden the $%^& menu?

Dreamweaver you have hidden everything and the navigation is inconsistent to find anything again

I want to see the file and edit menu at the top with the tape of all the assets underneath like the old version

Can anyone help me? It is $#$%^$^$%^%$^ frustrating

In CC 2017, you have 3 basic menus you can access from Window  > Toolbars

     Document = code | split | Live/Design view

     Standard (I think that's what you want)

     Common -- a vertical toolbar on the far left side.

In addition, you can add the Insert panel and drag it by it's handles to the top of your workspace if desired.
