Why? Translate page to Italian?

Why is my page asking for this? It happened when I created the master & detail page recordset? None of my other pages are doing this.

Oddly, the only thing it does is translate the city Celeste to Heavenly and make some spaces between . and , smaller.

From what I've seen you can add this meta tag: <meta name="google" value="notranslate" /> but it only works on the initial page load and won't stop the translate bar on any kind of refresh. As far as I can find, there is no way to turn it off for good though. Here's a link from Google saying the meta tag will work...
