Why won't the extract panel load in Dreamweaver CC?

New Here ,
Feb 16, 2015 Feb 16, 2015

I cannot get the extract panel to load in Dreamweaver CC on my Mac.

The tutorial will load, but I can never actually use this feature.

Lalita,

I have the same problem, the Extract panel is grayed-out, and what you suggested didn't work.

Hi Cliff,

Can you share a snapshot of same? Also the version of DW you have? Extract panel will be grayed-out if there is no html page is open.

If that is not the case then let us have a look on your machine.

Please share your phone number and suitable time to connect over lnayalatadobedotcom

Thanks,

Lalita

Things are working now, thanks. The problem seems to have been moving the Creative Cloud file folder. Everything is synching and seems to be working, thanks.

Read the post by Inayal carefully.

1. Open a blank html doc.

Then the extract page will no longer be greyed out.

I was having same issue. Solved for me.

I am having the same problem. I downloaded version 6 and signed out and back in, as well as restarted. The extract panel is still not working. What else can I do?

Hi Sarah,

Which version of DW you have installed? Can you check in DW Help menu if you are signed in?

If it asks you to sign in, this means you are not signed in.

Share your OS details as well and snapshot of the issue.

thanks,

Lalita

All my programs also keep asking me to sign in as if I am not a paying

member. I have been a member for over a year and now when I go online its

telling  me I am not.

Hey Sarah,

I cannot see any of the screenshots.

If all Adobe programs are asking you to sign in then it's not related to DW or Extract panel.

You need to contact support for the same. Also we recommend not to post personal information here.

Please remove your email-id from the previous post.

Thanks,

Lalita

Sarah, I know some time has past, but did you ever get this issue resolved? Because I am dealing with the exact same thing. The extract panel won't load and my entire cloud is saying I'm not a subscriber. I spent two solid hours on with tech support this morning and I'm still dead in the water.

Would love anyone's insights or help.

Thanks.

Chrissy

Hi Chrissy,

Can you post a screen shot of extract panel so that we could see the error message?

That will enable us to resolve your issue.

Thanks,

lalita
