XSL and design view

I REPOST this, is there no body who can help ?? Its really VERY VERY annoying ! I must add that also the small tags dw puts if things like xsl:choose screw up the whoel design. It would be halepfull to be able to toggle the display of those tags in design view.

My originla post:

On xsl template sthe whole design view shows wrong when the path expression is longer than the resul will be.

Example:

the outpur will be:

<td style="width:20px">1</td>

the xsl is

<td style="width:20px"><xsl:value-od select="someverylongxpathexpression"/></td>

in design view my cell is now 300 px or so....

Is there not any option wher DW cuts the path expression to the correct cell size ? To me the DW xsl development is totally useless if DW screws up the design like that completely !

Well I am sure you wrote in good faith and I appreciate anybodys help . However, I do not want to be rude, but if you have nothing to say, than please don't post something useless. I am sure there are many areas where you can post real solutions.

Of course DW works nicely with xsl in design view. My problem was finally answered in another thread, I hope that link works.

I"m not even sure if Dreamweaver works with xsl and xslt in design view. I've used it to edit xslt files in code view and it does just fine for that.

I mark this as the answer, so everybody with that problem knows where the solution is.
