ACA Dreamweaver CC 2015

Is anyone else having issues with the ACA Dreamweaver CC 2015 test?  It is not very user friendly and would not allow for some of the correct options to be used.

To be honest, I don't think many folks in the DW forum have interest in taking an ACA test of basic skill level on software that is almost 3 years old.   Who is administering the test?
