I know that this question had been asked before.

The extract panel is not loading. Error message as advise is "Sign out, reset dreamweaver and sign in again".

But this is not working. I try it for a few times but the same error will keep popping out.

I tried all the methods that was advised but none seems to work. Could someone kind please advise what should I do??
