Copy and paste does not work properly

As the title does, copy and paste does not function properly.

This problem has been discussed for a long time in the Japanese Forum as well.

But, there is no response from official support.

I can not expect an answer from Adobe Japan.

If it is an English forum, I thought that there might be accurate information and asked a question here.

Is there any solution?

Thanks for reporting. Please share below information with us:

1) What is the document view(full Code view or Live view or split code and live view) that you are copying from and pasting into?
2) Is the issue seen only with keyboard shortcuts or with menus as well?

Also, can you please share a small video capture or a gif of the issue.

We have fixed the copy-paste issue in the latest Dw 20.0 update. Request you to please try out Dw 20.0 update and let us know if the issue is still reproducible on your machines.
