A few users are starting to have this issue. Done all the suggested fixes and none have work so far. All have had the same error in the event viewer.

So we don't waste your time suggesting troubleshooting steps you've already taken, what fixes have you tried, specifically?

The repair, the uninstall/reinstall rebooting after the uninstall, the cleaner tool and a few of the regedit removes. Even did a sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Can you please install latest Dreamweaver build 20.2 from Adobe Creative cloud and see if the issue is fixed.
Could you please share below information with us to investigate the issue.
Create the following registry entries at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting[LocalDumps]
Add two registry values under LocalDumps as
1) Name:DumpFolder
Type: REG_EXPAND_SZ
Data:%LOCALAPPDATA%[CrashDumps]
2) Name:DumpType
Type:REG_DWORD
Data:1
When the application crashes you will find the crash dump at D:\Users[UserName][AppData]\Local[CrashDumps]
