yes Dreamweaver moved from green to purple... 20.2 did the change
I've used DW since Macromedia StudioMX. This is like putting tuna fish on a hotdog bun. This ain't right. TRADITION?
Yes, and I need new glasses because the color looks the same as Premiere to me. lol
yes same here. regularely false clicks on XD INDD or somewhere else. looks like every app comes in a shade of blue or purple now ... I'm team green too.
Maybe they did it because layout apps like InDesign, XD, and Dreamweaver are all purplish now? Just a guess, but I don't see the reasoning because Dreamweaver is not design, it's coding. I don't see why they'd change it.
Dreamweaver is frequently used in responsive UI/UX design & prototyping. But unlike XD, you can create workable code in DW out of the box. No 3rd party extensions needed.
Purple is good, looks more welcoming and friendly.
so do Premiere and InDesign!
Adobe: Change. Because... Reasons™
Obviously the person in charge now has consulted their other half and they dont like green 😁
Ooops I seem to have taken on a split personality, best to sync up across all devices.
To make sure that we do not get confused with
Xd icon is purple, we are confused.
Could it be a sign that a merger is in progress?
Grouping by type of field of action is the new watchword... and as long as we repaint the walls we don't see the rust full of bugs that have become regulars now...
Premiere, Rush, Animate, After, Charater, Prelude, Audition... violet
Photoshop, Lightroom, blue...
Xd, Dw, purple... although the shelves are often from a honey-colored type...
Rounded corners denote mobile apps, according to an Adobe staffer.
