so basically i am making a website on dreamweaver and i would like to know how to do something like this

in the corner there is a twitter and Facebook logo i would like to know how to do it when you press them

or does anybody have any other similar creative idea

twitter - with a tweet it does not have to be a real tweet, this is for my coursework

The site is a Wordpress theme and uses a plugin for twitter, in particular Wappalyzer - Websites using Twitter Emoji (Twemoji)

It looks like you want to embed a Twitter Timeline.  Go to Twitter and create the widget.

Twitter for Websites — Twitter Developers

Then take the widget code and add it to your HTML document.
