Dreamweaver 2020 - there is No Manage Extensions option

In Dreamweaver 2020 - there is No Manage Extebsions option, this makes it impossible to use my 3rd party extensions. Extensions are .zxp type

Q: Is there a way I can add my PVII Extensions to Dreamweaver 2020?
