Is it possible to install Dreamweaver on more than one PC at the same time?  Also, how long does the trial version last?

You can have the Creative Cloud version of DW installed on as many computers as you like (Mac, Windows or both). However, only 2 machines can be logged in and actively using it at any given time.

The trial is 7 days.
