Dreamweaver Still Crashes

I just tried DW2019 again today and again it crashes after about an hour. The last stable build I've had with Dreamweaver is still 2014.1 6947 Build. I'm running a pretty vanilla iMac 5k, Mojave 10.14. This means that I haven't been able to run Dreamweaver updates for the last 4 years. What the heck? It just gets a pinwheel of death and never comes back. I'm worried that DW2014.1 will eventually be obsoleted and I'll have no reliable development environment for my web stuff.

PLEASE, WHY IS THIS STILL HAPPENING?

What do your crash logs say is causing DW to crash?

No log created, just hangs and Force Quit says "Application not responding".

DW 2019 is supposed to be compatible with Mojave.

Restoring Preferences often fixes problems.

Unusual behavior in Dreamweaver? Try restoring preferences.

It isn't Mojave. It's since 2014, every new version of Dreamweaver consistently crashes within an hour of starting the app. That's why I'm forced to use DW CC 2014.1. It's the last version that works reliably.

Oh, and I just cleaned out the prefs (again) and it crashed within 5 minutes.

Well a crash is a crash and thre should be a crash log describing the event.

Well, it didn't log anything through ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/. I don't know another kind.
