It's unavoidable currently.

With every DW update, you're going to see them again.

Somewhere within the depths of DW's program files, there has to be a list of these nag screens that gets a true/false or similar setting once they pop up. It's reset when you use the preference, so it stands to reason that one could find and squash them if told the right place to look.

But pleas for either an off switch or the location of the files have been ignored by the dev team  so far. Preran tried to get info in the past, but we never heard anything back.
