Every time I open the DW CS6 version it tells me:

You haven't installed the new DMX Updater Extension.

We highly recomment it so you can keep your extensions up to date.

I tried to install the extension just to get rid of this annoying message but it will not let me as it is outdated.

Please! How can I get rid of this message?

Thank you all in advance.

Which Extension Manager do you have?

This is the current one from DMX Zone.

If you launch the Extension Manger from your desktop, you can remove extensions for your version of DW by clicking the X icon.  See screenshot.  In this example, DW CC 2017 is selected.
