DW's Repetitive Crashes When Trying to Open Directories at Startup

Hello:

 

For no apparent reason, DW CS crashes today, every time I attempt to log on and then select a directory to open. I need to connect with a technician to tell/show me how to get DW to not crash every time I attempt to open a directory.

 

It's crashed eight times in six minutes, then twice more after I logged out then back in and tried again to open a directory. I can't meet deadlines if I cannot open my directories to work on them!

 

[Note: Running Mac OS 10.14 Mojave on an iMac]

 

Thanks for your assistance in learning how to connect with and screen-share with a technician.

  1. If you still need  Adobe Customer Support, and you have a current Creative Cloud subscription, log-in at the link below with a good browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

  2. Click the online chat icon (lower right).

  3. Type AGENT followed by Enter key. 
  4. Wait for a human to join the session.
  5. Have your Crash Logs available.
