DW unexpectedly quit reopening windows

DW keeps unexpectedly quitting when launching the application. On launch I have tried both options, to not reopen windows and to reopen. The result is the same. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (keeping preferences) and tried to open another file in case the one it's trying to open is corrupted. I am running the most recent version on macOS Mojave. Any ideas or suggestions?

Unfortunately, it's probably being cause by a corrupt Preferences file. 

Restoring Preferences usually takes care of this kind of oddity, especially when it occurs across multiple installations:
