eCommerce Platform integrated with Dreamweaver

Can anyone recommend a solid eCommerce platform that integrates with a site built in Dreamweaver? I am looking for a solution where I can insert coding for Product Modules which connect to the Shopping Cart on a fully built out site. I am looking to avoid a browser-based template/CMS solution.

Whichever system you use, it must be compatible with your merchant bank and gateway so you can get paid.

Are you planning to hardcode your products? This will make it difficult to edit if you move away from PHP/MySQL.
