Extract panel is crashing (Tried all the things in the forum)

I am running the latest version of Dreamweaver on a Mac that is running 10.14.5

The extract panel does appear when I go to Window > Extract. However, the welcome screen appears briefly and then... nothing. Nada.

I have tried re-starting Dreamweaver.

I have tried signing out, shutting down Dreamweaver, restarting and logging in. No dice.

I have tried restarting the entire system, restarting Dreamweaver.

What is going on? How can I fix this? I don't want all the good work I put into the prototype in Photoshop to go to waste.

It might be worth trying these options, in order, and checking after each step...

Clear the Cache File

Restore Preferences

Cleaner Tool Reinstall

If none of the above works for you, you'll likely need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly to have them investigate what on your system is conflicting with DW.

Do you have an open .html file in DW when this happens?

(The Extract panel won't do anything without a file being opened)

Yes, I defined a site and had a document open. I had uploaded the file to Creative Cloud as a library file.
