You get what you pay for.  Most so-called free web hosting is more of a burden than a bargain.  Do a Google search.  You'll find plenty to choose from.

 Adobe Portfolio is free to paid Creative Cloud members.  It's a DIY site builder hosted on Adobe's servers.  No coding or web design skills required.
