Bonjour.

GP

I always appreciate a lot Golive for it easiness but I have now to use Dreamweaver. But I can't fine in Dreamweaver a automatic code generator as in Golive. Does it exit ?

Thank for your help. GP

In short in English, there are no editors like GoLive and that was discontinued years ago.  If you don't want to get into the code, I would recommend going with a self-hosted Wordpress solution if you want to be able to dive into the code from time to time, or go with a hosted solution like Wix.

Thanks but I want something creative I don't need templates. I want to organize things as it was possible in Golive. Adobe should do something about it because website are now all the same. Must not be too complicated to design a graphic interface with a code generator! I don't believe  Adobe is not able to make it !

By the way my website works well. [Link removed by moderator.]

As I said before Muse and GoLive were similar Adobe products aimed at the same user base -- non-coding designers.  Ever since Muse was discontinued last year, there have been many discussions about Muse alternatives.

Dreamweaver is not a code generator.  It's a code editor aimed at people who want to work with code.

Muse was the closest thing Adobe had to GoLive but that has also been discontinued because there have been too many changes to the web.  Code generators like GoLive and Muse could not keep up with those changes.

If you're not building sites professionally, try Adobe Portfolio.  Portfolio is easy to use, no coding skills required and it comes free with qualifying Creative Cloud plans.  With Portfolio, you could have a new site up & running in less than 30 minutes.
