Hello!
I have a problem downloading websites via dreamveaver FTP.
This problem only exists for pages hosted by a specific provider.
Connection can be established - download starts - some files of the website are downloaded - and then: "process aborted"
The provider has checked everything - from his side there should be no error.
With many other sites, which are with other providers, this problem does not exist.
My settings are the same on all pages.
The problem has only existed for some time. Until recently, it was still possible. I haven't changed anything about Dreamveaver.
The provider thinks it could be because there are too many simultaneous connections. But that means nothing to me.
Is there anyone who's had this problem before?
Dreamweaver is web authoring software. It's not dedicated S/FTP software.
If Filezilla works, keep using Filezilla. There's nothing to be desperate about.

My guess is, since it only happens with one server and is a recent issue, there's a server problem.
Download the free Filezilla FTP Client, or some other dedicated FTP program, and see if you can download from there. If you can't, it points to a server issue. If you can, at least you will be able to work with your files as troubleshooting continues in DW.

Hi Thank you very much , but I've been through that, too.
I've tested all the settings...
That's not it.
It's so crazy,it works with 75 other pages, which are with 20 different hosters, without any problems.
Only at this one hoster where I have 7 pages, where I have 7 pages the process is always aborted.I am already desperate
