Hello...I created an extensive index using apple Numbers..1900 items. I was hoping to make a link on my Dreamweaver page that would download the database and clicking a cell would take you to the proper page. Now I 've been reading and I don't understand the SQL... does it have to be so difficult ?

Why would anybody want to download an entire database?  That's not how the web works.  Besides, Apple Numbers is a spreadsheet app like Excel for Mac and iOS devices only.  It's not a database app.  Maybe if you tell us more about what you want to do and how you envision this working on the web, we can direct you to proper tutorials.
