Creative Cloud does not use serial numbers.

Creative Suite 1 - 3 are officially dead.  The activation servers were taken offline years ago.  And Adobe removed download links to the only installers that were available.  

Creative Suite 4 - 6 are on life support.  Adobe Customer Care cannot assist Creative Suite users anymore except with activation resets. 

If you purchased an individual licensed download  directly from Adobe, there should be a download link in your account portal.

Pro Design Tools has sone links to direct downloads on Adobe's servers.  But Adobe may take them down anytime without warning.  Be sure to follow the VERY IMPORTNAT INSTRUCTIONS or it won't work.

Finally, if you own a student / teacher or volume licensed edition,, we cannot help you.  You need the original installation disks you received at purchase.
